Lynx Brand Event

Bombardier Recreational Products BRP's premium snowmobile brand was showcased in a three-day event at Rovaniemi for hundreds of participants from 12 different countries. Outdoor activities allowed participants to engage firsthand with Lynx snowmobiles, leaving a lasting impression of the brand's power and performance. Flawless execution ensured a seamless event experience with excellent participant feedback and international media coverage.

Stora Enso in London

London Pulp Week brings together international forestry industry leaders for a five-day discussion on industry news and innovations in London. Stora Enso, a leading Finnish and Swedish forest, paper and packaging company, has been a consistent participant and sponsor at the event. Welldone was tasked to elevate Stora Enso's presence at the event, serving as the project manager and coordinating with local partners. The approach enabled us to benefit from local expertise while ensuring thorough oversight and maintaining quality control.

UPM Changshun Inauguration

The inauguration of UPM’s Changshun PM3 paper machine brought together customers, stakeholders, and international media. The event featured an impressive tented setup built on the factory premises, along with exclusive VIP and press events. A Finnish-Chinese team of experts managed the production, with Welldone overseeing the entire project under a project management agreement. Careful planning and seamless execution ensured a successful and impactful event, receiving excellent feedback from participants and gaining international media coverage.
